Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. BeWell works with the iPhone alone, using sleep, steps, and daylight. An Apple Watch enriches the picture with heart-rate variability and more accurate sleep, but it is not required.

Is this medical advice?

No. BeWell offers evidence-based behavioral habits, not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a medical device. If something feels overwhelming, it surfaces support resources — and it nudges you toward a professional when an app isn't enough.

Is there an Android app?

iOS is first. The backend is already platform-agnostic, so an Android version is planned once the iOS experience is validated.

What does it cost?

BeWell is free during the beta. A Pro tier is planned that unlocks the full weekly plan, proactive guidance, and correlation insights — see Pricing.

What happens to my health data?

Your data is yours. Health values are processed securely to compute your score and plan; location is only ever a single 'left home' signal — never GPS coordinates. You can export everything as JSON, or delete your account and erase all of it, at any time.

Will a low score make me feel worse?

No — that's the whole point. Your score is measured against your own baseline, shown as position on your range (never a red 'fail'), and a rest day your body asked for counts as a win.
